In case of product is defective/damaged/incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery please contact us.

Smart Technologies (BD) Ltd will replace/refund it by following terms and conditions:


Refunds Policy

  1. The product must be completely intact with the box.
  2. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any changes/flaws.
  3. The product must include all the documents such as tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies or accessories.
  4. The product must be returned in the original with undamaged manufacturer packaging.
  5. You must email to e.sales@smart-bd.com or Register Complain within 48 hours after receiving the delivery.
  6. You must return the product to your nearest Smart branch by yourself within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from delivery date.
  7. The order of the product will be delivered on the basis of stock. For inevitable reasons, delivery of the product may take longer than the promised delivery time.
  8. Smart reserves the right to cancel your order at any time even after order confirmation. In this case, if advance is paid, we will refund the amount within 10 days.
